What we did
The sloping block comfortably allowed for the new three-car garage, which created the perfect platform for the large master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in robe.
A relocation of the existing WC, created a perfect doorway into the new bedroom. By relocating it rather than just demolishing the room, we minimised disruption to the existing house as we worked.
The owners sourced and pre-purchased all the internal features to speed up the build, including an IKEA walk-in robe, which our carpenters installed. We fitted new Monaro Windows throughout the home giving the owners more natural light and protection in the colder months.
The combination of DFB, proactive owners and the imminent arrival of baby saw this large extension built in just 18 weeks.
